Conference Attendee Bags - $3,500 (full or partial sponsorship available) SPONSORED BY ANONYMOUS

Conference attendees value the bags provided to them at the conference.  By sponsoring the attendee bags, your name and logo will be included with the Abstinence Clearinghouse’s on the outside of the bags.  Special recognition will also be given in announcements and the conference materials.

Pens/Paper Pads Placed on Tables in Plenary and Breakout Session Tables - $350 (full or partial sponsorship available) SPONSORED BY PROMOTION POSSIBILITIES

We always have great speakers!  By placing YOUR pads and pens at the tables in the plenary and breakout sessions, attendees will familiarize themselves with your program.  Special recognition will also be given in announcements and the conference materials.

Audio/Visual - $36,000 or $12,000 per day (full or partial sponsorship available)

One of the best ways you can advertise your program is through sponsoring Audio/Visual.  Your ad will be placed on the big screens during lag time and signs posted with your name and logo above the screens and complimentary set of conference session recordings.  Special recognition will also be given in announcements and the conference materials.

Luncheon - $12,000 (full or partial sponsorship available)

Banquet - $30,000 (full or partial sponsorship available)

The quickest way to anabstinence educator’s heart is through their stomach!  You can sponsor the luncheon on Wednesday, July 23 or the Banquet on Friday, July 25 and promote your program with a tasty lunch.  Special recognition will also be given in announcements and the conference materials.

Conference Materials Printing - $5,000 (full or partial sponsorship available)

One of the most important aspects of a conference is the agenda!  The conference materials are a great way to help others be in the know about you!  Your name and logo will be included on the front cover of the conference materials and you will receive 2 full page ads within the conference materials.  Special recognition will also be given in announcements and other conference materials.

VIP Reception - $5,000 (full or partial sponsorship available)

The VIP reception is an invitation-only event for the “Who’s Who” in abstinence education, including the speakers, Diamond and Lifetime affiliates, government officials and others.  The VIP reception is an Hors d’Oeuvre event to mingle with the leaders of the abstinence community.  You will receive 5 invitations to the VIP reception, special introduction at the event and special recognition will also be given in announcements and other conference materials.

Name Badges - $1,500 (full or partial sponsorship available) - SPONSORED BY THE CHOICE GAME

What better way to network with other abstinence educators than to call them by name?  This is your chance to sponsor the name badge holders at the conference.  Your name and/or logo will be printed on the front of the name badge along with the Abstinence Clearinghouse.  Special recognition will also be given in announcements and other conference materials.
