Take-One Table - $200

Organizations not able to attend, but who want to distribute information to the attendees should participate with the Take-One Table. Clearinghouse staff will set up and maintain tables for the purpose of attendees to take-one of each of the free handouts on the table. This is an effective way to distribute pamphlets, brochures and other information if attending and having a booth is not an option.

 

Booth – $500

These booths afford exhibitors an excellent location for placement of materials for table top or floor displays.  The booth includes a 8’ skirted table, two chairs, back and side curtain draping, 1 Exhibit Pass, meal package and a 50 word description in the conference materials. 

 

Additional Sponsor Representative - $150

Each exhibit booth (not including the Table Top Display) comes with 1 Exhibit Pass and meal package.  Organizations wishing to have more than one person working the booth should take advantage of the additional sponsor representative option.

 

Payment for exhibit options is due by June 1, 2008.

Exhibit Space

Reserve By: 6/1/08

• Your 10 x 10 booth includes: back and side side drapes, identification sign, 8 ft. draped table, two chairs and a wastebasket.  Any further needs (storage, extra table, electricity, etc.) can be arranged with the exhibit company at the exhibitor’s expense.

 

• Once the Clearinghouse receives your registration, your organization’s information will be given to the exhibit company. After they receive your name from the Clearinghouse, they will send you a complete exhibitor packet.

 

• Registration, payment, product description and handout samples are due with the Exhibit Space Reservation. Exhibit spaces sold after the reservation due date might not be included in the conference materials and map and will be subject to an $85 rush fee.

 

• All exhibit materials must be set up between 2-5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. Your assigned location will be given at that time. Exhibits will be open for the duration of the conference.

 

• To be included in the conference materials, please e-mail a 50-word maximum (75 words for Gold Sponsors) description of your exhibit and a full color logo (300 dpi min.) by June 15, 2008 to jenayh@abstinence.net. Please put "sponsor description" in the subject field.

 

• All products, flyers and promotional items being displayed must be approved by the Clearinghouse before the conference. Please provide samples and/or a list of all products along with your reservation.
